Sales Re-forecasting

Are you managing multiple sales forecast excel sheets for each sales person? As brands scale, it becomes cumbersome to manage the different versions of sales forecasts that exist within the team, and merge into a central source of truth. No more manual merging and sifting through countless excel sheets!!

Let's walk through how to do this on Confido.

  1. Typically, the Trade Manager / VP Sales kicks off the re-forecast workflow. Click Sales Forecast > "Create Re-forecast" > Choose Date > Create
  1. After the re-forecast is created, new versions of forecasts surfaced to sales users with due dates.
  2. Sales users will receive an email notification. Each sales users' forecast will have a separate URL for easy sharing.
  3. Sales manager can easily track the status of each individual sales user's forecast through. a sidebar view
  1. Click "Merge Changes" to merge the changes of the various sales users forecasts
