How does it work in Confido?

Confido integrates directly with your brand's General Ledger, and allows the accounting team to "one-click" submit checks into the GL, which will close out the AR, create a credit memo (or journal entry), and attach the appropriate backup in a single step.

Let's go through how this works.

  1. Confido has a two-way sync with Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Netsuite, and other ERPs. Go to Integrations > Software > Accounting System to configure the login.
  1. Review the check in the Cash Application tool. If everything looks accurate, then click "Submit to GL".

  1. Confido will close out the AR, create a credit memo, and attach a backup in a single click.
