This month, we've shipped a ton of new features for scenario planning and expanded our cash application tool functionality to support billbacks. We're excited to share how Confido is continously evolving to help support your business.
Expanding distribution is a key input into forecasts and scenario planning, which users can configure through opportunities, in the Sales Forecast section.
Users can input the retailer, product, Target shelf date, Number of stores, Expected Velocity, and Likelihood.
After the opportunity is created, it can then be viewed in the sales forecast with the weighted or unweighted probability.
As users are reviewing, many payments will have multiple lines created due to splitting. We've built validation rules to help users streamline this review process by creating a soft-requirement for various line item fields base on others when reviewing a payment.
Annual planning season is coming up, and we're making it easier than ever to duplicate promos for 2025. Within Confido's trade promo calendar, users can bulk select the promos that they'd like to duplicate, and choose to either duplicate by year or period (for multiple months).
Since not all trade spend will be deducted, and will be paid directly by the brand, Confido has developed a Trade Bills feature to enable Bills to be uploaded and treated as deductions.
Features:
The Account Planner page (in the Sales dropdown) empowers Sales users to manage their accounts in a single view, and allows other users (finance, leadership) to monitor key performance indicators for an account.
Sales users can view and edit the annual promotion plans, weekly unit economics, and total trade spend.
Confido is constantly making small improvements and bug fixes - here's some of them.
